Point 1: If Laser Cartridge Express remanufactured cartridge fails to perform the same as the new (OEM), LCE will replace, repair or refund your money. LCE’s remanufactured cartridges are guaranteed one year from date of purchase.
Point 2: If Laser Cartridge Express remanufactured cartridge fails, and causes damage to your laser printer which requires an independent service call and repair costs, LCE will pay the repair cost. The exact cause of printer damage must be listed on the repair order. The customer must call LCE if a problem arises, prior to contacting any service personnel for this guarantee to be in full effect.
Point 3: If Laser Cartridge Express remanufactured or compatible laser, inkjet, fax or copier cartridges does not meet your quality standards or the standards of your business, LCE will replace or refund your money for your cartridge.

Customers that ordered the wrong product or have a defective item, may be eligible for an exchange. To begin the process, please contact LCE Customer Service at 1-888-356-7560, Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm. To qualify, the product must be unopened or covered by the 1-year guarantee. A restocking fee may be applicable. We will ship the replacement item within 2-3 business days of receiving the returned item.
